All Primered Up

Well, everything in the kitchen has primer and will be painted this week. I'm so excited about getting all of our stuff back in the kitchen and cooking in there. I signed us up for CSA so that we'll be a 1/2 bushel a week of locally grown, organic veggies to cook up! With the new built in cutting board and garbage disposal, it'll be great! Jody and I went yesterday to choose paint colors for the dining room, hallway, and back porch area. I have some big plans for those rooms as well. I think I might take a few days off here and there to get that stuff done but my goal is to get it all done by Aidan's birthday, so I have some time. I finished priming the new picket fence but haven't painted. Jason is installing another section of picket over on the other side of the house, but we're not in a huge hurry to paint that one. You can't really see it from the front or the back because of all of the trees. I think we are both very excited about the changes on the house and to see the potential realized for the resale.
